From design through to installation

Costs & Design

It all starts with your brief. To prepare the initial estimate we require as much detail as you can provide, including your concept drawings, approximate dimensions, floorplans, materials and any other key details. One of our estimators will then prepare the costs. We aim to provide an initial ballpark within 48hrs, or a precise costing within14 days.

Following cost sign-off, deposit payment and a site survey (conducted by Wrights) our highly experienced in-house CAD designers will produce a full set of joinery drawings. Within your costs we allow for one set of revisions. Following your approval the joinery will then go into production.

Manufacture

Our talented workshop team make everything by hand in our state-of-the-art workshop in West Sussex. Successful joinery requires in-depth knowledge of the craft and as such our team have a wealth of knowledge and expertise; a team of creatives and artisans that know how to consistently deliver exceptional joinery in an extensive range of materials, to fit a variety of price points. In addition, we are an approved manufacturer for Accoya.

Lead times vary due to current workload but we are usually working to an overall timescale of 12 weeks. We will always endeavour to accommodate any challenging lead times where possible.

Install

It is crucial that your joinery is properly installed and this is a key part of the process. The joinery will be delivered by our transportation team to site and unloaded carefully. We have an expert team of fitters, with exacting standards, who will then take their time to install your joinery.

If you do not require installation we can offer supply and deliver only.

In house spray facility

Our large spray facility at the workshop can colour match any paint colour you select. The double coat spray paint finish is very robust and works well as a final coat. In addition, we are able to apply a further hand-painted coat on site following installation should you require a more textured finish with visible brushstrokes.

Minimise our impact

We do everything we can to minimise our impact on the environment.  We are careful to source our timber from responsibly managed forests, reduce the wastage of raw materials and ensure that any wood which cannot be recycled is used to heat our workshop in the winter. We are proud of the quality and durability of our joinery and the hard-wearing longevity it provides. By having our workshop in the UK, and only supplying our joinery to London and the South East, we are also able also to keep our transport emissions to a minimum.
